How should I care for my Moroccan Muse garment?
To preserve the quality of your piece, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water. Avoid tumble drying, lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight. With proper care, your garment is designed to last for years.
Are your pieces limited edition?
Most of our collections are produced in very small batches, making them inherently limited. Once a piece sells out, it is rarely restocked in the same fabric or colourway. This is intentional : we believe in slow fashion and thoughtful, considered production over volume.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition.To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team directly. As pieces are handmade in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Every order is carefully packaged and dispatched with tracking. Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
