Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
Be returned in their original packaging.

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

Send an email to : contact@moroccanmuse.net with your inital tracking number.
Specify the item(s) you wish to return.
We will provide you with the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return request has been accepted, a prepaid return label will be provided, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
