Return policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

- Specify the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with the return instructions.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
What is the estimated delivery time ?
- Standard delivery within France usually takes approximately 2 to 4 business days.
- Standard delivery within Europe usually takes approximately 4 to 5 business days.
International delivery
- International delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days.
- Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are covered by us completely.

We recommend professional dry cleaning or hand washing to preserve the quality of the fabrics and embroidery.
