You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
  
• Be returned in their original packaging.

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

• Send an email to : contact@moroccanmuse.net with your inital tracking number.
  
• Specify the item(s) you wish to return.
  
• We will provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
